All security personnel regardless of their previous training or experience are required to attend the Beach Cities Protective Services pre-employment training program... The training program exclusively focuses upon preparing the security officer to serve the client and not just be a person in uniform on the premises. The training is designed to familiarize and prepare security officers with the standards of protocol for corporate, industrial, hospital and retail security. Our security personnel is need to place strong emphasis on human relations and customer service, although their primary goal is to protect life and property, the ultimate goal is to provide a safe, secure and comfortable environment. We provided the incentives for our security personnel to advance within the ranks of management, personal protection, and investigations. Promoting from within has contributed to a stable and reliable workforce with a high standard of integrity and dedication to our clients.
